To use apple cider vinegar: Add 1 teaspoon of raw, unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar to 1 glass of water and mix. Drink this solution 2 to 3 times daily.
Note: Apple cider vinegar should not be used in too high a dosage. It can reduce potassium levels in the body and interact with diuretic medications.
