Grilled Beef Salad with Chilli Peanut Dressing

Ingredients

For the Salad:

  • 400g of beef steak (ribeye or sirloin are good options)
  • One tablespoon of olive oil
  • To taste, add salt and pepper.

  • One minced garlic clove
  • To alter consistency, add two to three teaspoons of water.

Instructions

1. Prepare the Beef:

  1. Set the temperature of your grill or grill pan to medium-high.
  2. Season the beef steak liberally with salt and pepper after rubbing it with olive oil.
  3. For medium-rare, grill for 3–4 minutes on each side, or cook until done to your liking.
  4. Before slicing the steak thinly across the grain, take it from the fire and let it to rest for five minutes.

  1. Combine peanut butter, fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, garlic, and chilli in a small bowl.
  2. Add water a little at a time until the dressing is the consistency you want.

  2. Add cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber slices, cilantro, and mint on top.
