Quaid-e-Azam University can be an international, advanced, intellectual education seat that enlightens the human mind and expands all kinds of opportunities and growth at home.
Quaid-e-Azam University (once named Islamabad University) was established in the Gregorian Calendar Month of 1967 under the National Assembly of the Act and initiated teaching and analysis programs for Dr. Philosophy and M.Phil degrees. However, it was step by step and later offered masters, graduate, and currently collagen programs.
The University, for its international fame, has attracted a large number of foreign students in colleges and programs, though it offers a measure of scholarship to students from all regions of the country as it is a federal public sector university.
He has been able to establish links with Europe, South Asia and, therefore, some of our selected universities. International educational and research institutions, including UNESCO, IRSIP, Agencia Esp nol de Cooperation International (Spain), support their research activities with Quaid-e-Azam University.
In addition, a handful of University College members are working at international universities such as Oxford, Cambridge, Columbia, Heidelberg, etc., from Brussels, earning hands and winning awards, such as the International Peace Award.
Currently there are four schools of Quaid-e-Azam University and 9 different teaching and analysis institutes, centers and colleges. In line with the country’s growing educational and technical aspirations, the University offers quality education and training to the lower classes of life in the field of computer and runs a wide range of short-term certificates and diploma courses. In total, the University’s educational programs enroll more than 5,500 students.
The University rightly maintains a high standard of service delivery. It has lecture rooms, state-of-the-art labs and a library. Other facilities such as hostels for male and female students, sports and playgrounds, transportation, mosques, banks, utilities, postcards, photocopying and thesis / paper binding, telephone, cafes etc. are centrally located on campus.
Quaid-e-Azam University (Urdu: University Quaid-e-Azam usually referred to as QAU) may be a Public Analytical University in Islamabad, Pakistan.
Established in 1967 as the University of Islamabad, it was initially dedicated to the study of postgraduate education, but in the 1980s it was expanded into an interfaith university offering postgraduate education. It is one of the most sought after universities in the country and counts many public figures and intellectuals.

The University of Islamabad was established on the Gregorian calendar month, Twenty-two, 1967, under the Pakistan National Assembly Act. In 1976 it was renamed Quaid-e-Azam University in honor of the founder Pakistan, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Muhammad Ali Jinnah – the centenary year of his birth. However, the orthography of the name of the university was quite different, meaning “I” was used instead of “e” for persecution, which combines both Jinnah’s title Quaid.
The university initially offered teaching and research programs for PhD and M.Phil degrees and later offered master’s programs. The university now offers undergraduate programs as well.

By the QS World University Rankings of 2018, Quaid-e-Azam University ranked 651-700 in the world and 133 in Asia. For the Q10 top 10 Asian universities, QA was ranked 6th in the natural science category in 2010.
The University was ranked among the top 100 universities in 2007 and 2009 at QS World Top Universities. According to the latest 2019 ranking of Pakistan’s Higher Education Commission, Quaid-e-Azam University ranks first in the general category.
According to the Times Higher Education’s latest rating 2020, QAU is the only Pakistani university to be included in the top 500 universities in the world.
